Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide. 

Additional shipping fees or customs charges may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are carrier-based estimates and will be communicated once provided by the carrier. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier volume, or transit issues. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

OnTraxx is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Customs processing (for international orders).

  • Other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

OnTraxx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OnTraxx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ontraxx.com with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
