Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Item must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ontraxx.com with your order details.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items, where permitted by law.
Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet our return criteria, the return may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
